At Black Bear Crunch, we package each shipment with love and care. Freeze dried candy is extremely delicate and can become damaged during the shipment process.

We are not able to provide refunds for goods damaged during shipment. If you receive your goods and are not 100% satisfied, please reach out to us at blackbearcrunch@gmail.com.
